Our new Ballerina Tutu Dress is made with a velvet bodice and pink chiffon skirt.  Harness style with velcro closures and D-ring for easy lead attachment. Features Embroidered Pink Jeweled Ballerina Slippers and 2 Velvet Ribbons on the shoulder.
