Small Dog Clothes
Sizing Our clothes are designed to fit Chihuahuas of all sizes and other small dog breeds.
The following is a guide only as sizes do vary depending on the garment design and the manufacturer.
Please remember that some garments are not designed to cover the full length of the dog's back, e.g. T shirts and hoodies. Due to the fabric used for hoodies, sweaters and T shirts there will obviously be some "give" and this needs to be allowed for when choosing the size you require.
If you're not sure what size you require, please contact us before placing your order, giving your dog's measurements around the chest and the length from collar to tail, and we will be happy to advise.
Also, please remember that like babies, puppies grow very quickly and therefore, you need to decide before you buy whether you want the item to fit now, or whether you require some growing room. We cannot exchange an item simply because your puppy has outgrown it.
We recommend when you are putting clothing on your dog that you are seated, with the dog on your lap facing away from you. For sweaters, hoodies and T shirts, roll up the item and pull gently over the head, then put the paws through the armholes one at a time. When fitting Harness T shirts fit the straps of the harness first and adjust to the correct size before pulling the garment over the head and paws.

If your pet has a stout build,
a deep chest or is overweight, we recommend going up a
minimum of one size for a proper fit.

Delivery
Schedule We aim to
ship all items the day after payment is received
if all items are in stock. Most orders are
received within 3 business days. If some of your order is not in stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order. If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 14 days we will contact you. We will deliver outside of the EU but will not accept responsibility for customs charges due from larger orders. Please check your countries import charges before ordering. Unless we agree a longer time for delivery of your order with you, we will always deliver you goods within 30 days. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days we will inform you immediately and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order. If we cannot arrange another time for delivery we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order. |

Returns Policy
Chi-Mania wants to ensure you
are happy with your order. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to Chi-Mania within 7 days of the delivery of the order. If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, Chi-Mania will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packing costs. You must send this item back in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. Chi-Mania reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition. You may cancel your order in total without reason up to 24 hours after you receive the order. If you purchase an item of clothing that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs) but will ask for additional postage costs at between £1.95 and£3.95 depending on the size of your order. With this in mind we ask that you please measure your pet correctly before placing an order.
